GOLF | In-form Bernie picks up win at Dundalk Ladies

The Sheba sponsored 18 Hole Stableford (NQ) competition on Saturday, April 1st and Tuesday, April 4th was a huge success at Dundalk Ladies.

Bernie McCabe is playing some great golf at the minute and she won Class A with a score of 36 points while Maria Kerr had a magnificent 38 to win Class B. Mary Thornton won Class C with a very good score of 31 points. Congratulations to all the winners.

At the presentation, Lady Captain Maeve Ahern thanked Sheba for their beautiful prizes and thanked them for their continued support of the ladies section.

A reminder to the ladies that the Rings and Birdie competitions have begun. You should keep a record of your own scores.

The first Golfer of the Year competition takes place on Saturday, April 15th and Tuesday 18th. The very best of luck for the exciting golfing season ahead.
