There was another big day in the growth of Dundalk RFC on Sunday as the club’s senior ladies played their first league game of the season, at home to Tallaght RFC.

The Mill Road side will compete in Division 4A of the Leinster Women’s League alongside Longford, North Meath, Swords, Tallaght and Tullamore J1.

Managed by Niall Kerley, and coached by Dermot Lennon, the ladies side is the first to represent Dundalk RFC at senior level in a number of years.
