Gret comes a close second while Deirdre takes gross

Dundalk Golf Club Lady President Kitty Duffy’s Prize, one of the most anticipated Golfer of the Year competitions, was held recently.

The scoring did not disappoint with the overall winner, Lesley O’Keefe coming in with a fantastic 70 nett.

Lesley spoke of her delight at winning and kept her cool the whole way around having two birdies and several pars.

Hot on her heels was Gret Manning who is on form this season with another great score of 71 nett. Deirdre Smith had a fantastic gross score of 71.

At the presentation evening, Kitty spoke about how proud she is to be Lady President and said she enjoyed her role immensely.

Kitty presented all her beautiful prizes to all the lucky winners and was complimented on her commitment to the club by the ladies.
