Dunleer GS

The Dunleer Golf Society returned to the Corballis Golf Course in Donabate, Co Dublin on Saturday, April 1st after a long absence.
The tricky course was in excellent condition and fully tested the 28 members who took part in the event sponsored by Gary Reynolds.
Jim Sweeney won the overall prize with 40 points and his prize was presented by Gary in Shearmans, Dunleer, that evening.
The other results are as follows — Cat One 1st: Turlach King 39, Cat One 2nd: Wayne Brady 38, Cat One 3rd: Terry Cotter 36, Cat Two 1st: Paul Flanagan 38, Cat Two 2nd: Terry Ward 35, Cat Two 3rd: Denis Palin 30, Nearest the Pin: Martin Sheridan, Longest Drive: Ciaran Reynolds, Two’s: Martin Sheridan, Peter Flanagan and Denis Palin.
The next outing takes place on Sunday, April 30th in Killeen Castle, sponsored by Ray Moore of Hibernia Steel.
