GAA | Pat’s U9s dazzle in the drizzle at Louth Village blitz

The St Patrick’s U9 squad that played at the blitz in Louth Village

On an extremely wet and dull Monday evening, the St Patrick’s U9 squad travelled to Louth Village to take part in a blitz organised by St Mochtas.

Although they had up to eight last minute cancellations, the Lordship side made the journey with 20 players who were split evenly.

Exciting games against the hosts, Hunterstown Rovers and Kilkerley Emmets followed and although it was a damp and dreary evening, the display of football put on by the teams was a spectacle for all the supporters and parents to enjoy.

On duty for the Pat’s on the night was: Jack Rice, Aaron Phillips, Christopher Conlon, Lucy Murphy, Jack Wills, Dylan Loughran, Grace Keenan, Eimear Finnegan, Emma O’Connor, Liam Holland, Sam Elvin, Feilim Teggart, Daithi Holmes, Ruairi Holland, Shane McCusker, Oisin McCoy, Sean Holland, Fionn Holmes, Eoin McCoy and Elliott Nicholas.
