BASKETBALL | St Vincent’s celebrating after double success

The St Vincents basketball team enjoyed a good day on Tuesday with both their U16 and U19 teams crowned North-East champions.

The U16 team recorded an emphatic win over Louth rivals, St Oliver’s Drogheda, on a scoreline of 41–27 while the U19 team beat Eureka Kells 39–35 in a hard fought encounter.

Both teams are now through to the Leinster Play-Offs. Well done to all!
